The TELE-GMP Telescopic Pole is a lightweight carbon fiber pole for conducting radiation surveys. Its maneuverability supports ALARA principles by allowing the operator to obtain measurements quickly and at increased distances.
Precision Measurement with RDS-32 Meter & GMP-12 Series Probe
This pole uses the reliable and robust RDS-32 radiation survey meter for advanced data display and precise readings of various radiation types. The consistent user interface of the RDS-32 meter across different applications boosts user confidence, unlike other instruments that need extra training. The detachable design of the GMP-12 probe ensures easy replacement and adaptability whilst remaining securely attached. The combination of the RDS-32 meter and GMP- 12 probe delivers highly accurate radiation readings, even in challenging or high-contamination environments.
Probe options include the GMP-12SD™ (high dose), GMP-12GSD™ (wide range), or GMP-12UW™ (under water) gamma probe or GMP-25i Pancake Beta Probe
Extension & Maneuverability
Built with high-performance carbon fiber, the TELE-GMP pole provides extended reach while maintaining lightweight handling and superior durability, even in demanding environments. When extending the pole to measure with the remote detector, the pole’s lightweight design allows for easy maneuvering, reducing the risk of bumping into nearby objects or walls. The pole can be extended with secured 1/4 turn rings for each extension segment. A shoulder strap is included and can be used to secure the TELE-GMP pole when used in the open position or simply to carry.
