Founder of Packard Services in 1986 and Radtronics in 2009, Ken has dedicated his career to nurturing and developing customer relationships with integrity at every stage. Beyond his professional achievements, Ken is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His unwavering support and kindness extend far beyond business, shaping both his family and professional legacy with wisdom and care. An avid maritime enthusiast, Ken finds his greatest joy aboard his boat, immersed in the freedom and serenity of the open ocean. Tania Biraghi
Tania is the Managing Director at Radtronics, where she leads with vision and a commitment to excellence. Backed by an MBA and a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, she cultivates meaningful relationships and champions innovative solutions across a wide range of projects, driving sustainable growth and strengthening Radtronics' industry presence. Alex is a dedicated Service Engineer at Radtronics, responsible for overseeing technical projects, installations, calibrations, maintenance, and repairs. Alex combines keen attention to detail with quick learning to drive operational excellence throughout service delivery. Holding degrees in Mechatronic Engineering and Computer Science, he adds strong technical insight and innovation to the team.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys working on hands-on projects that merge emerging technologies with practical applications. Whether it’s woodworking, CNC machining, or experimenting with embedded systems, these interests reflect his engineering background and support his growth as a service engineer.
