Ken Furphy
Founder of Packard Services in 1986 and Radtronics in 2009, Ken has dedicated his career to nurturing and developing customer relationships with integrity at every stage. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, he has built strong and enduring connections within the field of radiation detection, earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ken is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His unwavering support and kindness extend far beyond business, shaping both his family and professional legacy with wisdom and care. An avid maritime enthusiast, Ken finds his greatest joy aboard his boat, immersed in the freedom and serenity of the open ocean. His love for the sea is a defining part of his life, fueling his sense of adventure and appreciation for nature’s vast beauty.
Tania Biraghi
Tania is the Managing Director at Radtronics, where she leads with vision and a commitment to excellence. Backed by an MBA and a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, she cultivates meaningful relationships and champions innovative solutions across a wide range of projects, driving sustainable growth and strengthening Radtronics' industry presence. Her strategic insight continues to shape the company's expansion and long-term success.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tania is passionate about her family and finds joy in traveling, immersing herself in new cultures, and embracing new experiences. A devoted animal lover, she cherishes time with her beloved Ragdoll, Zuzu. She also values moments spent with friends and has a keen appreciation for art, literature, and cinema, reflecting her lifelong commitment to learning and personal growth.
Paddy Hore
Paddy is an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong background across technology, software, and scientific sectors. His career spans mobile communications and management systems for enterprise and government clients, software deployment projects, and most recently, several years in the Australian nuclear science sector. He brings deep expertise in account management, customer engagement, and building new relationships.
Beyond his professional experience, Paddy is an active contributor to his local community. He serves on the committee of the Western Suburbs Junior Rugby Club and is the founder and President of the Lidcombe Community Garden in Sydney.
Family is at the heart of everything he does. Outside of work, Paddy spends his time with his four children and two grandchildren, keeping life full and meaningful.
Alex van Lint
Alex is a dedicated Service Engineer at Radtronics, responsible for overseeing technical projects, installations, calibrations, maintenance, and repairs. Alex combines keen attention to detail with quick learning to drive operational excellence throughout service delivery. Holding degrees in Mechatronic Engineering and Computer Science, he adds strong technical insight and innovation to the team.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys working on hands-on projects that merge emerging technologies with practical applications. Whether it’s woodworking, CNC machining, or experimenting with embedded systems, these interests reflect his engineering background and support his growth as a service engineer.
Nameeta Master
With a strong passion for organization and financial accuracy, Nameeta serves as the backbone of our office operations. As Bookkeeper and Office Manager, Nameeta ensures that everything runs smoothly, balancing numbers and business efficiency with a welcoming and supportive work environment.
Beyond the workplace, family remains the heart of Nameeta’s world. Finding comfort in work and using expertise to contribute meaningfully, Nameeta thrives in an environment that values both skill and dedication. Piper Burrowes
Piper Burrowes works in Technical and Administrative Support at Radtronics, where she contributes to the day to day operation of the business. With a detail oriented mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for learning, Piper supports a range of tasks across the team and enjoys problem-solving, building her knowledge, and contributing wherever she can. Currently studying a physics degree with a strong interest in nuclear physics, she brings curiosity, dedication, and a thoughtful approach to her role.
Outside of work, Piper enjoys playing netball and spending time with her dog, Luna. She values staying active, continuing to learn, and making the most of time spent with family and friends. Her positive attitude and willingness to grow reflect both her personal and professional approach.
